Episode 3 of our Creative Lockdown series is here! And I had the pleasure of chatting with ‘PARKVIEW’ Drummer Dan Roberts, about - you guessed it - drumming! So if RHYTHM is your thang, then tune in!
I couldn’t wait to get going with this episode as drumming is one of my biggest passions, plus Dan has a super extensive knowledge of music that, I can honestly say, left me in the dust. The dude is so knowledgable about musicians of pretty much every genre that I reckon I could’ve spoken to him for days!
We wax lyrical about how fun it is to be a drummer, our favourite artists to practice to during lockdown, and share stories about meeting our heroes. Stay tuned to also hear a rude interruption from Bone Daddy, who always seems to be lurking somewhere within the RBC Studio building…

This is what I like to call a 'Pop-Up Episode' as I recorded and edited it yesterday, and now i'm boshing it out for you guys today. That probably seems totally reasonable to any normal person but to me that is quick working and something i'm not very good at.
The aim of this podcast was to 'Get Real' with ya'll and shed some light on the hard times that everyone is facing at the moment. I rounded off with one major quote that literally changed the way I think about life and I hope you find it helpful too.

Episode 5 mutha luvvas! I was joined by one of the most hardworking individuals i've ever met, Ethan Dodd.
I met Ethan in Art Skool in 2013 and simply had to have him on the show. His work is profound, deeply emotional, thought provoking and, well, a treat for the eye! In this episode we talk about what Ethan has been up to the past couple of years and how his work has evolved over time.
We discuss mythology, cryptids, symbolism, social media and the overall life of an artist. I know I had fun having this conversation.. lucky for you I recorded it so you too can listen and have fun, which is what podcasts are all about.
